个人简介：
张帅，男，民进会员，管理学博士，上海大学文化遗产与信息管理学院副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事信息管理与情报学领域的教学与科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、教育部人文社会科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目等国家级和省部级课题4项，参与国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金等科研项目10余项，承担政府部门及企事业单位委托的技术咨询项目多项。发表SSCI/SCI/CSSCI论文40余篇，获软件著作权3项，担任国内外多种核心期刊及科研项目评审专家。
